If you ever feel overwhelmed in life, just know the next right move. That’s it. You don’t have to know the whole plan or all the steps, just the next right move.
The next right move is the one that feels right …not what someone else wants you to do or society expects from you …just the one that feels right to you.
Your next right move may be something as simple as taking a nap to reset your brain or putting your hands in soil while planting flowers. Maybe it’s just making yourself a fantastic cup of coffee or playing with your dog.
On the other hand, it could be something courageous like pitching your book idea to a literary agent or deciding to sign up for a scuba diving lesson.
Your next right move is yours. It’s just taking one step forward. That’s it. This one move will increase your clarity while diffusing an overwhelmed state.
